Mr. Mastil specializes in valuations of business enterprises and intangible assets for financial reporting and tax purposes.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Mastil was an associate in the corporate advisory group of Willamette Management Associates in New York. In this capacity, he performed valuations for financial reporting requirements under ASC 805 and 350, litigation support purposes, corporate planning, and fairness and solvency opinions.

Mr. Mastil holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the Simon School of Business of the University of Rochester and a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
